Minutes away from one of Europe's most arresting cities, Javorník u Prahy is Canstroy's most modern project. Encompassing twenty four 800-1200 sqr. meters plots for single family residences, the project is designed to become a unique residential community composed of Canadian style homes built using Formexx building technology.
Four types of homes, deigned specifically for this project by award-winning architect David Small, feature such elements as cathedral ceilings, central vacuum systems and walk-in closets. After the completion of the first model home, Javorník u Prahy became popular among different demographics, as a lot of people come to see what a Canadian home has to offer when compared to the locally predominant Czech architecture.
