When it comes to adapting foreign designs to fit company's unique ICF (insulated construction forms) technology, for Canstroy it barely makes a difference when building custom cottage homes or apartment complexes. However, flexibility of its building methods is not the reason why Canstroy was chosen for fully managing the construction of the 5-story, 36 unit economy class condominium, but rather because of Formexx's ability to significantly decrease potential expenses on hydro and electric utilities. Secondly, when working on social housing projects, low material and transportation costs as well as quick construction technique add up to be a considerable factor, for over a decade giving an edge to Canstroy's technology.
